Product description
Flattened rice is also called poha or atukulu. Red poha is made by flattening red rice. Poha, as it is called in India, has relatively higher nutritional content than rice due to the presence of the aleurone layer. It is an easy and interesting way to consume nutritious, antioxidant-rich red rice. 24 Mantra Organic Red Poha or Flattened Red Rice is very convenient and ready to use the product. This is not the thin paper poha variety. Red poha is healthier than regular poha because it contains the red-pigmented bran of red rice. This pigment is called anthocyanin, a powerful antioxidant.
