Order Processing

You will receive an email notification within 48 hours confirming that your order is on its way.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available at:

• Orders can be picked up daily from 1:00 PM onwards.
• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and select the Local Delivery option, then click Continue to Shipping.

• Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 km of our shop.
• If the local delivery option is not shown during checkout, your address is not eligible for local delivery.
• Orders placed before 09:00 AM during store hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) will be delivered the same day.
• Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the next business day.
• Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking information.
• Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 Day using and Shipping Provider Name and Tracking Details send Email and SMS. (Example: India Post’s delivery standard is 2–7 business days.)
• A flat rate shipping fee of ₹70 applies to domestic orders.
• Optional: We currently do not ship outside India at this time.
